MISSION STATEMENT
The Dynamic Dog Club provides the opportunity to bring together Villagers with a shared interest and love of dogs for the purpose of creating a network of resources and knowledge of various dog related activities.
We support active participation in dog related programs to build a rewarding and fun relationship with our pets.
The Dynamic Dog Club currently supports a Therapy Dog program which includes therapy team workshops and the Dynamic "R.E.A.D.ers" literacy program in local schools.
The Drill team is a fun activity for both handlers and their dogs. They are available for Village's club performances.
Additionally, we support a Monthly Social Walk with our members and their canine companions.
The club has supported the building of dog parks in our community and encourage stewardship of these parks.
The club holds special "fun" meetings that are enjoyed by our membership and their dogs. The annual costume parade of dogs at the "Howl-A-Ween" party is always a very well attended event.
Club meetings are held at the Laurel Manor Recreation Center at 3pm on the last Wednesday of the month, unless otherwise noted for special occasions. No dogs are permitted at the regular monthly meetings.
PLEASE NOTE: no meetings in June, July, August and December
