Radar is a beautiful male Golden Retriever pup, born on January, 9, 2017 in Tennessee.
On March 16, 2017, he was driven down to St. Augustine, FL, and turned over to the Patriot Service Dogs representatives. After a quick stop in The Villages, on March 17th, Radar was delivered to the Lowell Correctional Facility in Ocala. He was processed in, met his trainer and began his "great adventure".

The Dynamic Dog Club's sponsorship of Radar has received an enthusiastic response from our members and The Villages community.
All of your support is truly appreciated!
At approximately 2 years of age, Radar, will be partnered with a Disabled Veteran. The "team" will continue training for several more weeks before graduation and the start of their new life together.
Check back occasionally to watch Radar's progress as he grows into the wonderful service dog that is his destiny.

The silent auction fundraiser for Radar was a BIG SUCCESS!
Many of you were able to join us on Wednesday, 4/26/17, for our April Club meeting and silent auction fundraiser.
Our speaker, Mike Appelbaum from Patriot Service Dogs, brought our special guest --- RADAR!
This little guy already knows 20 commands. He won over our hearts as he happily accepted all the snuggles, petting, kisses and just plain delight of our members.
The silent auction was also a BIG success along with many of our members finding "special treasures" at the various auction tables. The auction raised $604.27 and other generous donations brought in $646. This resulted in an amazing total of $1,250.27 for our Patriot Service Dog fund!
